Returns and Refunds
Our company philosophy is that we wish to treat people as we would like to be treated, so because of this we have a returns policy that lets you know in addition to your statutory rights how to go about returning goods to us that you are not happy with.
 
                                       OUR 28 DAY GUARANTEE  
 
  1. You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you receive your goods.
  2. Expressions Clothing will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days providing the goods are returned to us.
  3. You must contact us via [email protected] letting us know that you wish to return an unwanted item. We will email you a returns label which you will need to tape to the parcel, once you have the parcel ready for collection let us know and we will arrange for a courier to collect or you can go to the Post Office and post it back. You will be required to pay the return postage costs.
  4. Under the Distance Selling Regulations it is the buyers responsibility to take care of the goods and to pack the goods carefully to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit.  
                                              
                                            Damaged or Faulty Goods
  
                 If in the unlikely event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty we will     send a replacement if we have a replacement in stock at our expense.
              If we cannot send a replacement you will need to return the whole of the order for a full refund.
              Please let us know within 48 hours of your order arriving if the goods are damaged or faulty.
